LuckyBoom terms and conditions
This summary describes the rules that apply when you use LuckyBoom Casino. Read them before you register or deposit.
1. Access
To register and play you must be at least 18 years old, or older if the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction is higher. It is your own responsibility to check that online gambling is permitted where you live.
2. Operator and licence
LuckyBoom Casino is operated by MAIREKE LIMITADA, based in Costa Rica, under a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. The law of Anjouan (Union of the Comoros) applies to these terms.
3. Your account
Each person may hold one account. Provide correct details and ensure that the name on your account matches that of your payment method. Keep your login details safe.
- Several accounts on the same name, device or payment method may be closed without prior notice.
- Formal requests — including self-exclusion and account closure — are submitted from your registered email address.
4. Deposits
Deposits come from a payment instrument in your own name. The minimum deposit is €20 (€40 for the fifth welcome-bonus deposit).
- Cards: at most ten transactions per day and forty per month, within a limit of €10,000 per day and €15,000 per month per card.
- Fiat and crypto balances are managed separately and cannot be combined.
5. Withdrawals and verification
Every withdrawal requires full verification: a valid photo ID, a selfie with that document and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months, with matching names. As an AML requirement, deposited funds must have been wagered at least three times before withdrawal.
- The minimum withdrawal is €40; requests are reviewed within two business days.
- For winnings outside jackpots, limits of €20,000 per week and €50,000 per month apply. Jackpot wins are unlimited.
- If a withdrawal exceeds the per-transaction limit of a method, it may be paid in instalments.
- You may cancel a pending withdrawal request as long as it has not been processed; the amount returns to your playing balance.
6. Bonuses
Every bonus must be activated in your profile before the qualifying deposit; applying it afterwards is not possible. Only one bonus can be active at a time.
- The welcome package carries a wagering requirement of ×40, the first live bonus ×15.
- Maximum stake while wagering: €5 per spin or round, and €1 on the first deposit bonus.
- Slots count 100%, live casino 10%, table games and video poker 0%.
- Maximum bonus winnings across all bonuses: €10,000; maximum payout after wagering: ten times the original bonus.
- Anyone who withdraws while a bonus is active forfeits that bonus and the associated bonus balance.
7. Dormant accounts
If there has been no activity for six consecutive months, €10 per month is charged as long as a positive balance remains.
8. Responsible gambling

9. Changes
Terms, bonus terms and limits may change. Always consult the current terms before you accept an offer. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
